The First Steps

Drink LOTS of fresh purified or spring water. 8-12 glasses per day, which can be as much as 1 quart per 50lbs of body weight. Do not drink distilled or carbonated water or water in cloudy plastic containers.

Have a snack strategy and snacks close by. Great snack choices are LivingFuel Snack Bars, Snack Mix or a LivingFuel smoothie, berries, salads, above-ground raw vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, raw nuts and seeds (walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, coconuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds).
