The First Steps
I first found out about Living Fuel and began using it when I was six months pregnant with my third son. TWO
Drink LOTS of fresh purified or spring water. 8-12 glasses per day, which can be as much as 1 quart per 50lbs of body weight. Do not drink distilled or carbonated water or water in cloudy plastic containers.
THREE
Have a snack strategy and snacks close by. Great snack choices are Living Fuel Snack Bars, Snack Mix or a Living Fuel smoothie, berries, salads, above-ground raw vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, raw nuts and seeds (walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, coconuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds). Again, eat organic whenever possible.
Remember this is not an all or nothing program. Adopt only what you can today. As you experience results and your motivation increases, you can adopt more.
