We’ve listed our most delectable Living Fuel recipes below.
Be creative and have fun adding an assortment of healthy ingredients to our Living Fuel products. Juices, fruits, and almond, rice, or oat beverages all work well. And if you find a really great recipe, please email us and share your tasty treasures.
But remember not to add too much sugar through the various juices and fruit options, as sugar is unhealthy and should be reduced or eliminated over time. Some of the best things in life are acquired tastes.

LIVING FUEL SMOOTHIES
The Purist — For a complete and balanced meal, mix one serving (two scoops) of Living Fuel Rx Super Greens or Super Berry™ with at least 16 ounces of water or lemon water.
The Ultimate Antioxidant — Frozen organic blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries with one full scoop of Living Fuel Rx Super Berry™. Add one tbsp organic almond butter, as well as water or fresh organic juice (same volume as fruits). Blend and serve cold.
The Energizer — Organic blueberries, mango, banana with one full scoop of Living Fuel Rx Super Berry™ or Super Greens. Add one tbsp almond butter, and 4 ice cubes. Blend and serve cold.
The Hawaiian — Organic/fresh mango, pineapple, banana with one full scoop of Living Fuel Rx Super Berry™. Add organic/Fresh O.J. (same volume as fruits), 4 ice cubes. Blend and serve cold.
The Pick-Me-Up — Blend 2–3 ounces of your favorite vegetable or fruit juice with two scoops of Living Fuel Rx Super Berry™ or Super Greens plus water. Add one to three cloves of fresh garlic or hot peppers plus 1–2 tablespoons of coconut oil and add lemon to smooth the taste. The coconut and lemon tend to hide the garlic.
LIVING FUEL ADDITIONAL RECIPES
Avocado Supreme Dip — Mix one scoop of Living Fuel Rx Super Greens with one large ripe avocado, one whole tomato, one-half chopped onion, one tablespoon olive oil, juice from one whole lemon, plus pepper, salt, Tabasco, and other seasonings to taste. Chill and serve with almond crackers or other healthy equivalents, or eat it alone as a complete and balanced meal or snack.
Living Fuel Nut Butter — Mix two scoops of Living Fuel Rx Super Greens, one scoop of Super Berry™ and spring water into an oatmeal-like consistency. Mix in a full container of raw, organic almond butter (16 oz.) and 6-12 teaspoons of extra virgin coconut oil. Add four scoops (151 grams) of our CocoChia snack mix and store in refrigerator. Eat with a spoon or use as a healthy spread.
Soups — Mix Living Fuel Rx Super Greens into cold or warm soups (do no use hot soups as heat degrades probiotics and enzymes).
Cocochia Snacks — CocoChia Snack Mix is wonderful in fruit smoothies, sprinkled on fruit salads, mixed with almond butter and LivingFuel Rx Super Greens and Super Berry™.
Cocochia Pie Shell — CocoChia makes an excellent pie shell when 4 tablespoons are mixed together with the equivalent amount of coconut oil or ghee. Note: Because chia seeds absorb up to seven times their weight in liquid, please use plenty of liquid when preparing recipes.
