Our Mission
 I have had asthma since running competitively in high school and don't like taking medications. Living Fuel keeps my body alkalized and in balance so I can breathe clearly and naturally. Since using Living Fuel, I made the 4k World Cross Country Championships and finished 4th in the 2004 Olympic trials for the Steeplechase. I'm counting on Living Fuel to fuel me all the way to the 2008 Olympics!

Living Fuel products were created to optimize health. Optimal health is when your body and all its systems are functioning at peak levels. Your body becomes not a hindrance to your potential, but propels you forward — giving you sustained energy, freedom from disease, and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
Despite the abundance of food today, people are simply not meeting their nutritional requirements. Consider the stunning prevalence of such diseases as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders. Extensive research clearly links such conditions to poor nutrition.
We sought to create a range of products that would appeal to a much wider population and that would address a much greater range of nutritional requirements. At the same time we wanted to address the excessive toxic chemicals in our food supply and environment. This meant, for example, using organic foods (if available) and without the use of GMO.

Although many companies have developed nutritional drinks that vastly improve nutritional intake, these drinks lack many vital nutritional elements and even contain toxic ingredients. Their deficiencies could be made up for by taking an array of additional supplements, but it was all becoming too much.
We just knew we could do better.
So our first products, Super Greens and Super Berry™ , provide the positive aspects of a traditional nutritional drink (including green drinks and meal replacements) as well as a complete array of essential macro and micro nutrients — all in one product.
And from there we just continued to grow.
From day one we have considered a number of factors in designing Living Fuel products: quality, taste, completeness, usability, cost, volume, shelf-life, and safety.
Our underlying premise is that health begins with the consumption of organic/non-GMO, nutrient-rich, non-toxic whole foods. Ideally, these foods would be in the category of “superfoods” — foods with a high proportion of essential nutrients, yet low in toxic chemicals, anti-nutrients, sugar, and high-glycemic carbohydrates.
Our Guiding Principles
Quality. Living Fuel products have been meticulously created to be of the highest quality (using organic, non-GMO, wildcrafted, and all-natural sources).
Taste. We made taste a very important consideration. After all, if it doesn’t taste good, few people will take it regularly. We designed all Living Fuel products so that most people will find the taste “neutral” or slightly sweet.
Convenience. We made sure that Living Fuel products are convenient to use, an important factor to busy, mobile people. Although there are many ways to take Living Fuel products, the were deliberately created to be fast and "unfussy".
Nutritionally Complete. We have worked very hard to make Living Fuel products as nutritionally complete as possible, so that a person might actually live on a combination of our products for extended periods of time, if not indefinitely. Out of our desire for completeness, product volume is relatively large but not excessive.
Safety. We considered the question of safety in selecting every ingredient our products. By including oxygen and moisture absorbers and by producing our products in small batches, we have extended their shelf life. Living Fuel products are also uniquely suited to people with special needs such as diabetics, people with food allergies, or pregnant/nursing mothers.
